The colorful musical journey of Scotty McCreery and his comeback to NJ for a huge performance
With his alluring voice and looks, country singer Scotty McCreery was able to snatch victory as the tenth American Idol. Since then, his deep, sweet voice has been a favorite in America and different parts of the world.
But despite the success, McCreery never forgets to do a comeback to some places special to his heart, including New Jersey. The country singer expressed his joy to perform again in NJ because he knows that the place has a lot of great fans which he wants to treat with some good music.
Oh well, the fans really love McCreery because after the victory in Idol, he got some more awards and nomination, including the Country Music’s Hottest Bachelor by the readers of the magazine NASH Country. He was also hailed as the Best American Idol of the LA Times.
Aside from doing tours, he is also busy making appearances in various award giving bodies, such as the CMA Music Festival. In fact, his previous performance from CMA now hits million on YouTube. He revealed that his inspiration with that CMA performance entitled Five More Minutes is for his grandfather who just passed away. He stated that it was his grandpa that influenced him to love country music.
The Idol alum also proves that he can do a lot more than just singing. At his young career, he was able to publish a book entitled Go Big or Go Home: The Journey Toward the Dream. According to McCreery, it was a new but a fulfilling experience to tell a story not with a song, but through words in a book. He is very proud to inspire more people with his colorful journey as a dreamer, and now a dream come true for country music.
